Anders Frank has looked at the first person shooter Bioshock. Art deco style. Abilities gained through DNA alterations (ADAM and EVE). Inworld currency to buy ammunition, health injections etc. Enemies and characters: Splicers, Andrew Ryan (industry tycoon). Story: Rapture (built in 1946), stam cell findings in a sea slug leads to improvement in humans. Curruption starts. Revolution. The main character "Jack" is supposed to kill Andrew Ryan. Does so. Then become hunted but is saved by the doctor who invented the stam cell improvements, Brigitte Tenenbaum.

Created by Ken Levine. Influenced by Ayn Rand. Objectivism. Liberal ideas. "Only moral social system is total laissez-faire capitalism."
Andrew Ryan personifies these ideas. Embedded narrative (Jenkins). Story unfolds as the player progresses, cues everywhere. Freedom and moral choices work as emergence. Three possible endings. Beautiful game and a good story.
