After three pretty long phone calls yesterday and today about the problems I've experienced with my iBook, Apple decided to give me a "customer satisfaction guarantee," which means that I won't have to pay for whatever they have to do to get it going again. The people at Apple have been really helpful, considering the fact that the usual one year guarantee has just expired. I just got back from Ronneby (30 km away), where I went to hand it in.

And today I'll get my new MacBook to play with instead... :)
